Mayonesa McCormick “The Perfect Touch”

October 7, 2020

Cooking dinner for my family is truly a joy for me and a challenge all at the same time!

But I can always count on my secret ingredient, McCormick Mayonesa with lime juice, to bring my recipes to the next level!

One of our favorites is Spicy Marinated Grilled Chicken with a McCormick Mayonesa marinade , the perfect touch to a simple and flavorful dish!

You can make it as spicy as you like, but the creamy and smooth texture of the mayonnaise helps the chicken be tender and full of flavor!

To add another layer of yumminess, I like to top it off with a nice spoonful of Avocado Cilantro & McCormick Mayonesa with lime juice dressing to go over my grilled chicken and veggies!

It’s the perfect touch to elevate chicken dinner night at home!

Spicy Marinated Grilled Chicken Recipe

Marinade

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

3 generous tbls of McCormick Mayonesa with lime juice

2 limes (juice)

2 tbls Adobo sauce (chipotle) to liking for spiciness

2 tps McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Grilling Seasoning

1 tps McCormick Garlic salt

1 tps Pepper

Avocado Cilantro & Lime Juice

Dressing

2 spoonfuls of McCormick Mayonesa with lime juice

1 large avocado peeled and pitted

1/3 cup chopped up cilantro

Half of lime (juice)

1 tsp McCormick Garlic salt

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl then spread all over chicken. Marinate chicken for at least half an hour in a covered container, refrigerated.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush grill with oil to prevent sticking.

Place chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 5 – 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of chicken. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees. Once grilled, let your marinated chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

While resting chicken, mash avocado in small bowl. Stir in Mayonesa, cilantro, lime

juice, salt and pepper.

Serve with your favorite veggies and top off with avocado cilantro & lime juice dressing.Enjoy with the perfect touch of McCormick Mayonesa!
